Starting from €12/m2+VAT depending on the size of the rented area, tenant creditworthiness, duration of lease, and the extent of investment made by the tenant

Operating fee: €2-3/m2 (based on open book)

Marketing contribution: €2-3/m2 (based on open book)

Expected number of visitors: 70-100.000 people/week
